    Hi Mr. Encelan,

Slots for ASTHRDP and PCASTRD scholarships are available every year. It would be best to contact the DOST [(632) 837-20-71 to 82] or the graduate office in the college of your choice in UP Diliman.

    Hi,

I would like to ask for your opinion on which Scholarship grant is the best not only in terms of financial help but also the other things such as rendering service like the ones offered in the undergraduate scholarship of DOST. I am a Registered EE and an instructor at the same time. And are these scholarships availabe for the 2nd Sem?

Kindly email me with your response please.

    Thanks and regards.

    Hi Nikko,

Scholarships need someone like you as well! As I understand, you are currently connected with a private firm. Yes, definitely you can avail. It would be best to contact the university where you intend to enroll. But the scholarship you can most avail at the moment is the ERDT. The member universities in ERDT program include University of the Philippines Diliman, Ateneo de Manila University, Central Luzon State University, De La Salle University, Mapua Institute of Technology, Mindanao State University – IIT, and University of San Carlos.

    Best of luck!

As i’ve read, applicant must be a graduate in engineering or related field with
or without MS degree and must not be over 40 years old at the time of application. But i’m an undergraduate, so that means i’m disqualified?

    Thanks!

    Regards,

  14. Admin says:

    Hi Nikko,

The title of this post has particularly stated that this is for graduate studies, meaning for MS or PhD applicants or students. That explains why with or without MS degree is required. Thus, the scholarships posted here are not for your level as of the moment. Wait till you finish your BS degree before you could avail of these.
